What to ExpectAny rookie running their first RED race or moving up to their first competitive class race must start at the tail per NYS rules. Additionally, rookies are only allowed to move up at club races (not regional or national events).
All drivers MUST be a member of the Nascar Youth Series and also have a club membership at KQMC or other sanctioned clubs.
